Pros

BARRs PTO and benefits are pretty good compared to other places and have a great 401k match. Also the CEO, Brad, is a very genuine and great guy overall.

Cons

Management likes to over promise things like promotions and raises but under deliver. If you do get promised a promotion or raise, make sure you get it in writing or you will wait for over a year. In the case you do get promoted, there is not a well developed training for the role, but more trial by error but there is an expectation that you have to be perfect and understand everything in a matter of a few months and if not, there is a lot of unsettling pressure and they set really unrealistic expectations. At times, leadership and management do become cliquey and if you’re not in the inner circle, sometimes their demeanor can get very hostile. One time, we were threatened for talking about our salaries. Also, if you are a working parent, even with the “flexible” working times, there is no sympathy when asking for an extension or help.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, Benefit, some of the people.

Cons

Toxic management culture. The managers expect you to start leading engagements with little to no proper training from associate to senior. You will be overworked and work more than 40 hours per week
