Cons
When they need you are super star, even the manager will introduce to the Japan HQ people and said how good you are. But after the project or you done your job, you will be the most frozen one, even they will said your no performance or even worst. Most of the time we only follow manager instruction to do job, even you found problem and solution to discuss with your leader. Your leader is only "Yes Man", he will suggest you keep quiet and work with the error. If you dare to point out in front of your manager, you will be the most evil guy. The manager will say you not respect him, he is a stingy man so he will find a lot way to make you felt hard and resign. Even your leader, they will just follow what manager request and do everything possible to make you a useless person. The project will suddenly been change or redo, sometime will be cancelled. I worked in here for 4 years, only worked one shipped tittle and 4 cancelled. Overall conclusion is: -The manager is incapable, but he keep protect his position. - Leader is the puppet who only say "Yes" to manager. - Company is big but vision is short. - They only need an employee without thinking ability. -Japanese is master, we are the servants.
