      Pros

      I've been working at BAMF a little over a year now spearheading growth, content, and copy, and I love it here. The culture is great, and Houston is a great founder—one of the coolest people I know. Always fun projects to tackle, and more than reasonable deadlines.

      Cons

      Some projects can get a little intense (as with most agency work), but nothing out of the ordinary.

      Pros

      - Focus on actual client results rather than service delivery and deliverables - you get to learn industry leading strategies and innovative growth tactics - I've been working on the BAMF blog content and SEO and growth marketing initiatives, and it's great to work with a team that knows what their goals are and what they want. -You get the freedom to experiment, learn and execute as you see fit, with the support of the management.

      Work remotely? I don’t think this guy has a real business.

      Cons

      This company has burned every relationship it has - including with contractors and clients.
