Pros
WFH 2 days per week. Decent pay Sent on courses/Diploma Paid travel if travelling interstate The workers are a great bunch of people Leads and managers are nice and work well with the team $600 of shares given per year.
Cons
Not much integration between the different teams Working solo on big systems with little help or guidance CoA requirements keep changing along with your expectancy to perform the tasks given PDR system isnt great - Will only give 1 "7" per group so they dont pay too much for good performers. Minor con - better pay at SAAB and Lockheed by at least $10-15k Can often be a alow pace with a lot of reading, can be boring sometimes. They don't try retain people or counter offer.
