      Company is full of family & family friends in upper management. They mostly keep & promote Dutch employees for upper management. Keep egoistic & self centered person in higher management in Dubai office ruins it . The founder of B&S is amazing just dubai office is not in right hands now. No job Stability . They hire and fire if they don't like you. Mostly hire based on nationalities

      Pros

      Plenty of responsibilities if you are up for it. Nice colleagues and an informal atmosphere. A lot of possibilities for lateral movements.

      Cons

      The Pay it not much (when you first start off) and the vertical growth is very limited. No possibilities to work out of home. Lease car only available for middle management and higher.
