Cons
Management has decided we are abusive employees despite never addressing any concerns individually or otherwise. They have revoked work-from-home access despite revealing great successes in every margin, refuse to answer any questions or concerns about this new arraignment (starting right in the middle of the summer where employees now must budget an extra day of childcare, as an example), and continue to play the classic corporate diversion card of cheap gifts and “peppy” emails.
You will not receive fair pay, you will receive forced unpaid days for religious observance whether you are of that faith or not, your PTO is divided into 60 hours every 6 months (which you must use if you wish not to be penalized for your forced non-paid religious observance), and there is NO room for change, development, or improvement in any field.
You are nothing. You will be immediately replaced. If you are not the CEOs friend, you are invisible.
