The company has big dreams and talks about how it wants to help the community, customers, and employees reach their full potential. They have pretty good benefits, decent pay, and great sales-level teams.

They have no real plan on how to achieve the big dreams they have set for themselves. Upper management regularly doesn't take advice from the sales teams that are on the floor helping the customers daily.
