Only 2-3 good managers and some good employees.

Salary is always late. They don't give salary on time if they know you have on notice period. You work 10-12 hours a day like donkeys and they are still not happy. All employees always look sad here because you have to behave like ROBOTS. You are not allowed to look at any other employee or talk to them for work. You only look at your screen like donkeys. HR will break all rules and not work but they are like CCTV camera so they're only work is watching you all day. Otherwise no work at all. I have done work of 3 people for two years because HR was not working on hiring. Owner doesn't know how to run company. He runs it like a panwala. ZERO management skills except 2-3 good managers. People are here because of them. HR is rudest, biggest liar you'll find in India. They don't know how to behave politely and are always rude to all employees even office boy. Soon all employees will leave and this company will close because of bad management and they cant treat employees like human beings. WE ARE NOT SLAVES OR DONKEYS WE ARE ALSO HUMAN BEINGS. HUMAN BEINGSS. GET IT?????
