Pros

You are able to work multiple positions in one because of the small teams. The hands on experience is great to build your resume if you have limited experience but the drive to work and claim projects.

Cons

There was ongoing risk of burnout due to unclear leadership direction and frequent changes in priorities. At the director level, while some leadership had prior experience, there was inconsistency in how that experience translated into day-to-day execution and guidance. Teams were often expected to operate at a high level of expertise, yet leadership direction was at times unclear or uncertain, creating confusion around priorities, processes, and decision-making. This lack of alignment made it difficult for teams to execute efficiently and with confidence. The main reason everyone easily parts ways. The gap between expectations and day to day team realities sometimes contributed to employees feeling undervalued rather than supported. No valuable training is offered. Expected to start working on day 1, picking up projects and straight to work. A big reason people are leaving before completing the year. Unclear direction, gaps in effective leadership execution, workload imbalance, and below-market compensation contributed to burnout and declining morale.

Pros

- Good culture, everyone was easy to get along with, there were fun activities, swag, and good perks - Annual bonus and raises, based on performance. - Flexibility with hybrid and time off needs. Never had any issues when needed any sort of accommodations. - Benefits are covered. - A growing company, which is exciting to be a part of and always feel you have something to work on, but not overworked.

Cons

- Some perks are changing as we grow bigger. - Amount of time off could improve, more annual holidays off would be nice.

Pros

1. Compensation was generally fair. 2. The SJ office is nice and clean. 3. Colleagues in certain teams were supportive and professional. 4. However, the salary alone was not enough to offset the challenges of the work environment.

Cons

1. Management was highly disorganized. Priorities and goals changing frequently and often without clear communication. 2. There was a strong culture of micromanagement, creating pressure to appear productive at all times rather than focusing on meaningful outcomes. 3. Leadership provided very limited support and often lacked a clear strategy for achieving the goals they set. 4. Managers could be short-tempered and occasionally raised their voices at employees, which created a stressful and uncomfortable working environment. 5. From HR to management, there seemed to be very little focus on employee well-being or human-centered leadership. After speaking with several former employees, I found that many shared similar experiences and concerns.
