- toxic management, the ceo is actively involved in the day to day running of each team and encourages a bullying atmosphere - no internal HR team or safeguarding structure - poor salaries with no other employee benefits - employees often expected to work Paris hours and New York hours on same day - employment laws are ignored - power struggles between ceo and management creates confusion on expected output
