      Pros

      Not big team so everything you have to do. Search from various forums like stackoverflow and get the workdone. Management doesn't force much to do overtime so it depends on you how much you want to learn.

      Cons

      Not many seniors to guide is having issues here. And as with any startup, policies need to be improved as well

      Pros

      Good for freshers. They can learn a lot things. Salary on time. No politics so you can focused only on work and learn new things.

      Cons

      You don't have seniors . No compensation, bonus and other benefits. No git and bitbucket culture when I was there. Unstable play store account of company.
