Pros

Nice office in great location/hybrid working arrangements. Great range of tech beyond Avetta itself, including Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Wrike and more. Good structure of meeting cadence with internal and external stakeholders.

Cons

High volume workload and very high expectations of new starters Intense range of competencies and client engagement from very early on Double handling of CSM tasks by Account Managers with some Micromanagement of Tasks/ongoing Teams Messages asking for status updates etc. Prioritization of Account Manager priorities due to their sets of KPI's as precedence for Accounts. Ongoing Project Work Big Brother environment: all meetings/calls/emails recorded/monitored; trivial mistakes will be collated and recorded 'Robotic' expectations of CSM's under the guise of Professionalism Management providing conflicting feedback - take it with a grain of salt Parallel employee reviews being conducted where there is not visibility or advanced notice of benchmark expectations Travel expectations at short notice without consultation/consideration Onboarding issues with systems and access to many applications - too many apps Turnover of CSM staff - two CSM's resigned upon commencement of the role within a very small office Lack of fun - too much of a transactional/clinical environment where personality can be a liability Challenges with the product and alignment of Customer expectations
