We appreciate that you pointed out the importance of diversity in the workplace and we are happy to share that we have intensified our efforts to emphasize D&I in our recruiting and promoting practices. We are happy to report that we have recently made great progress and appointed 5 female leaders to Vice President positions throughout the company. Diversity and inclusion will continue to be on the forefront of our strategy and efforts for 2022.
