Pros
Many smart people work there and they produce some good work. They can attract good people, as well, at least until they find another place to go.
Cons
This place is full of people who will make you feel like you're worthless. Management focused on bringing in new business & protecting their practices bottom line. There is zero work life balance. There are not enough junior members on teams to manage the work that is passed down. The compensation is not nearly enough foe the time and hard work you will expend at this company. Seriously, don't take a job here. I can't believe I even stayed as long as I did.
