Cons
There is a reason they are hiring, a large chunk of the staff recently quit. It's a revolving door here. AFG has also recently closed down several locations, laid off many employees, and is overall not in good health. There's talk that the company as a whole is going under. So if you plan to apply, just be aware that you may be jumping aboard a sinking ship.
