Pros
Good work culture. Easy to get a job if you are related somehow to the management.
Cons
Never disclosed the original profile for which recruitment is done. Management and leadership don't know how to drive the organisation(It sucks). Zero Growth opportunity in and outside Avaya. No Onsite Opportunity. Zero Job security even if you are master of your domain. Never expect any salary increment even after 1.5 years.(ofcourse no bonus too) Office time not fixed, it can be changed any time without individual consent. Above all JOB PROFILE IS POOR.
