      Good Training Good co-workers, most of them are willing to explain the bussiness to new hires Full benefits Depeding on the client you end up working with, you can work from home

      Cons

      Overtime, lots of it Overtime is not paid On site projects require relocation, sometimes in the client offices Flexible work hours is optional Big Clients are always right
