Pros
I have worked here for over a year and a half and loved it. The company did an amazing job taking care of employees throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and developed a work from home program. They also do christmas bonuses for every employee and make the work environment fun with games / challenges. There are lots of opportunities for growth and the leadership encourages it! The starting pay is also great for the Rexburg area.
Cons
The job is definitely rewarding but can be difficult dealing with emergencies and older people. If you don’t have a lot of patience this job might not be for you!
