Pros
AvantGuard is awesome. I started working here while I was going to school full time and the company did a great job being very flexible with hours, and is one of the highest paying places to work for in Rexburg. They also offer great benefits such as tuition reimbursement which was amazing to receive some extra cash to put towards my education while I was a student. This is a place that truly appreciates you and the hard work you put in. They are caring, fun, trustworthy, and they take the time to serve you and build a relationship with you. AG has prepared well for the issues that have arose with COVID-19. AG operators have the opportunity to work remotely from home in order to stay safe and healthy. There is a reason why AG was voted one of top workplaces (according to the Salt Lake Tribune) for two years in a row. Come see what it's all about!
Cons
I know that working holidays (because the center is open 24/7) can seem like a bummer, but AG still compensates you by paying you time and a half on holidays, provides you with food, and plays games while on shift! So while it may seem like a drag to have to work on a holiday, it still has some perks to it! Ag Provides a lot of career opportunities, but sometimes they can be a little competitive. Sometimes it can be easy to feel down if you don't get promoted to a new position within the company.
