Everyone cares from the CEO to my colleagues. I truly feel like I'm apart of something special and everyone works together to succeed. It feels like family here and I enjoy everything Avante offers. Benefits and pay are good and competitive compared to other companies.

Hybrid work schedule. Nice coworkers. Decent pay. Open to ideas.

Old business style and reluctance from leadership to change their ways of doing business. Leadership is almost all white men. Favoritism of men over women is obvious. Poor leadership of the sales teams, and little training, is sinking the business. A lot of people doing the bare minimum and getting by, or even promoted, by rubbing elbows and being social but overall under qualified. Little room for advancement, they went through 3 presidents in my 3 years there,
