Pros
Great compensation package, high level of autonomy, great teammates, loyal to employees, an amazing CEO who cares and leads with grace and compassion, account teams treat clients very well
Cons
The account teams lacked creativity, innovation, strategic thinking, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally or to sell ideas and new thinking to clients. The creative team could not translate ideas into form. The analytics team could not analyze. The tech team was pretty pathetic. Given all that, what really seems to hold the company back are two members of the leadership team that have supplicated and ingratiated themselves to the CEO and are so embedded in the fabric of the company that they'll never leave or be let go -- all the while terrorizing, stifling, criticizing and demeaning the staff, pointing the finger of blame and shame, while self aggrandizing and envisioning themselves far far greater than they are... you know who I am talking about if you've worked there... these are the types of gals who would never make it in any other company.
