I was paid for the work that I did.

Communication between my relationship manager, payroll, other administrative staff, and myself was extremely poor. There seemed to be little to no coordination on Avance's side between departments, leading to several instances of different departments reaching out to me for information that I'd already submitted, especially in regards to timesheets and leave. It was incredibly frustrating to have it occur so frequently, and made me feel like my time and labor were not valued.
