      Competitive salary Good welfare and benefits Extensive training/self-learning platform Non-hierarchical Chance at many different projects Good referral programme

      Cons

      Too much non-project work No clear definition for job specific leveling guide Leadership may be unaware of bad working condition in several project sites No clear direction for various talent community No assistance for junior staff, you'd be expected to find out things yourself with no clear channel for doubts and questions Very high turnover rate, able to attract talent but unable to retain talent Too much focus on out of day-to-day duty involvement Worrying trend of bad hires for higher level roles

      Pros

      The projects are really large so you'll get great experience. The benefits are good. The people are, for the most part, really nice at the lower level.

      Cons

      Always restructuring. You don't actually work for Avanade you work for Accenture under the name of Avanade. Accenture is always trying to absorb or downsize Avanade and even the execs don't have real power there. Plus all work and decisions are also controlled by Microsoft, so if they're doing extremely well then Avanade does and then Accenture fights for their share of the money in some shady way.
