Pros
Nice work culture, large company provides opportunities and security in times of layoffs (quite a safe place)
Cons
Entire company is completely disorganized - global and regional continuously ignore one another and repeat work/effort. Age demographic is largely older (close to retirement), so drive isn't there. Motivation is poor like every consulting firm given lag in recent years creating backlog of promotes with slots being limited - this wasn't helped by the company condensing two levels (mgr + grp mgr) into one. All in all, a company that if it ever had its way, has lost it. If you want to do reasonable work, get paid and have a reasonable degree of job security, then the culture is pleasant and you can easily ride it out. If you're ambitious - look elsewhere. Business outlook has been quite poor, alot of concern that Accentures 'Edge' will whipe them out (given addressing mid market is the entirety of the firms strategy now, since Accenture can't afford to throw them scraps now)
