      Pros

      I can honestly say that with over 20 years in the Long Term Care industry, Avamere is the best company that I have worked for. Residents truly come first. Employees are right there after the residents. This company has values that match with mine and it enables us to have the type of facility that I am proud to be a part of.

      I ha e been here for over 3 years and have not had a “con” yet.
