Only three people at this terminal know what they are doing. They have placed a person as "operations manager" whom only seems to have interest in being praised because of his title. This individual doesn't posses any knowledge of this industry and slow things down when drivers need assistance, treats drivers with disdain and pushes them to operate vehicles while fatigue or in violation of hours of service regulations probably because of his ignorance of the rules and not realizing what he is actually doing.
