Pros

I do not know how my previous post got removed so I am posting again. There are few pros in this company. 1. If you are a loser and cannot do any thing in life. But you can spy on people in office, talk to them as friends and get their confidential information out of them, listen to their personal conversations, go outside of office during lunch time and see who is doing what, sit in meetings you do not understand ABCD of but see how people are standing there, what they are wearing etc and then give all this information to bigger losers in management then this is the company for you. This company has few such losers who are currently playing this role. 2. If you are jobless and want any job till you get any good offer then you can join this company. 3. Projects are good.

Cons

These are some of the cons of working in this company. I cannot mention all because that will take a week time. Trap: This management believes in trapping employees. They think they will first trap you by getting you dependent on them for experience/relieving letters and few months pending salary and then they will show you their true colors. This company is full of such employees who are trapped here for past 5 to 10 years. They are totally frustrated but cannot leave because they do not get offer which can give them 3 months notice. This company kept this 3 months notice purposefully so employees do not get any offer and will have no choice but to work here and do as they say. To ensure that the employee does not leave without serving notice period they always keep their few months salary with them so if you leave then you will lose your few past months salary. And you will not get offer for 3 months which they will never reduce. So you are TRAPPED. If you some how managed to get such offer or you resigned and then looked for job and got offer then this company has more cheap tricks for you. This company has policy that on your last working day you do not get any experience or relieving letter. All you get is just one email. They will give you letters after 3 months. This is when they will start frustrating you more. They will ask you to work from home after leaving company. If you refuse then you lose your letters and full and final money. Other option if there is no work for you then you will be asked to sign an agreement which will say that you can not write code again in life. Again if you refuse to sign then forget your letters and full and final money. This company can go to any unethical and cheap level you can think of. Only way to leave the company is when you become useless for them and then you will have to pay them few months salary and then you will get your letters but no full and final money. Even if you work here for over ten years and then leave then you are refused to give your gratuity amount. They say they do not have any provision for gratuity in this company. Bond: They will ask you to sign bond at the time of joining. Because they know as soon as you join the company you will know what this company is and you will then want to leave. So to protect that they want you to sign bond. They have experienced it with few employees who left within first two months of joining after coming to know about the company. Increment after Six months: They will ask you to join on current salary and promise to raise it after 6 months. They know that you can not ruin your profile by leaving any company in just 6 months so they will not give you any hike. And after one year you are trapped any way. So they will give you 5-8% hike in salary. No money: This company does not want to spend money on employees. One party in one year. A/Cs stay off most of the time. They took office at an isolated location so they can save rent money. Even if you notice they have fixed base chairs in this company for employees not chairs with wheels which are more comfortable. They took such chairs so chairs work for longer time and they can save money there too. Cheap company and cheap minds of management. They have policies for cab but you will not be allowed for it unless you work till mid night or later. Work culture and policies: Saturdays are always working and sometimes you are asked to work on Sundays as well. You will get no complementary off. No leaves encashment. If you take leaves on Friday and Monday then weekend is also counted as leaves. During first year of employment you get very few leaves which you will not get any way. And from second year you will become one of the other slaves in the company so you will not worry about leaves then. You will get better things to worry about. Salary is never on time. You are told by management that you should be happy that you are getting salary even if it is late. Technical growth: This company focuses on quantity not quality that too at minimum expense. Rest you can understand. Use and throw. This management does not care employees as soon as they become useless for them. They will do all possible wrong things with you when you are of no longer use for them. Finally now they have started understanding that new candidates are not joining their company because of such poor comments on glassdoor so they have also now started positing good ones themselves. Warning!!! So if still you are joining the company then plan already what you will show in resume for next 1-2 month's gap which you will spend in this company because after that you will know this company yourself.

nothing, they are bad people and not trustworthy. do not work for them

-micromanagers - awful management -deceptive -cant even use headphones in office
