Company is down 3 goals with 3 minutes left - Sales Executive Automation Anywhere Employee Review

Absolutely terrible sales leadership both in the region and at the top-most corporate level. They don't understand how to motivate and empower sales people. I have been a very successful sales executive before this for years, and I don't believe I have a pretty penny's chance of that here. Some of my teammates and leaders know they are awaiting execution and are just biding their time. In the meantime, untold damage is being done.
