      Pros

      Not sure I agree with the whining & negative reviews, the world is in the middle of a pandemic and you lost your job - but most, if not all received a decent severance package, so please get over it. Leadership is passionate about the products and those THEY feel are delivering.

      Cons

      Definitely can be a Big Boys Club, it’s an unfortunate culture that has has made its way through the generations of management.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
