-Easy job to learn -Most customers are friendly in interactions -Opportunities for pay raises if you prove yourself as a capable worker -Opportunity to work extra hours if desired

-Schedule can be inflexible at times due to the lean working staff and nature of the business -Schedule can change drastically from week-to-week depending on certain circumstances -On rare occasion, you have to deal with rude customers -Being a retail job, do not expect to have weekends free -Being weather-based, you can lose hours due to rain, snow, or other forms of precipitation -Ultimately not much room for advancement -Pay cap is at $8.25 for part-timers/full-timers
