- Management style is still of a typical MNC style, ultimately money talks, and if it involves money, it has a target, and then propagates to the working level.
- CEO and Top management practices cronyism. Bias and protect people they know, people they deemed loyal, and not meritocracy based. You can perform badly, but still get promoted and rewarded if you are within the management circle group.
- Empty talks about big ideas, courage and disruption to the insurance industry. When it comes to execution, the management are all within their comfort zones. Sales target is top priority.
- Not much opportunity to learn or grow, or to try new things. As it is all about operations.
- Not willing to hire more man power for the back-office job, over-stretching employees during project times.
