Main mantra is that AutSoft is a human centered company, but it looks like management (except the division leaders) is actively looks out for every chance to do the opposite.
For every senior left they try to compensate with a number of juniors.
Big chunk of the core employees left the company in 2021, the fluctuation is ridiculous: 50-70 employees left the AutSoft and the MA-Coding together (no transparency about that either).
HR is a joke, current employee is underqualified. AutSoft had like 6-7 HR manager in the last couple of years.
Benefits could be better. There are no bonuses at the end of the year (or anytime). There is a company share program but there is no objective metrics.
The more you advance professionally, the more your package will be left behind the market.
