Pros
The supervisors and the doctors are all very understanding and friendly. The supervisors go out of their way to make sure you’re on the path you want to be and if you want work life balance prioritize then they work with you. There’s times I work 4 days a week or get off early or come in later. That being said if you need more hours they give you the opportunity and make sure they’re working with what you want. I’ve never been so thoroughly trained and explained the details and culture of a place like I have here. The support system is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. There is so many opportunities at this job and they give you different career paths that you can transition from so it really keeps you engaged.
Cons
It is a lot of real time learning. You are actively learning while impacting the clinic and that can be little stressful.
