Pros
Start you out at more money than current employees make. Don’t need any dental experience, they will hire anyone. Semi annual bonus is based off of company production not individual performance. Have met some great people.
Cons
Drama infested. Make sure you document everything because you will be thrown under the bus by someone trying to cover their own mistakes, management included. Don’t expect to be promoted unless you know someone or the managers like you. They pick their favorites but are quick to play the blame game with them as well or “delegate” their work onto other employees then take credit for it. They move employees around to different offices and sometimes into new positions including from assistant to front desk stating that it’s “temporary” but when you ask to go back to the position you are hired for, they say no. Everything is a huge secret including new offices or promotions. As soon as you start questioning things they will change protocol to back up their statements. They have a “scheduling center” (call center) and tell them to tell patients they are physically in the office and deny that it exists to referring practices. Basically, if you can put up with ALOT of BS and need to make some money, take it for what it’s worth, build your resume and get out. Turnover is really high.
