Pros
Interesting / challenging projects, good organisational systems. Marketing and HR must be not bad because they do a decent job of convincing outside world that this company is an attractive place to work and that they have values.
Cons
I would not recommend Ausenco to anyone as an employer, primarily because they do not uphold their stated values. People are definitely not source of pride or strength, just a commodity to be used. The marketing and brand associated with recruiting has zero alignment with reality. Ausenco leaders have no appreciation for work done well, independent thinkers or strong ethics. Favouritism is practiced, and have even seen incompetence rewarded. Essentially they are poster child for how NOT to create high-performing teams. And it shows in the work and plants they deliver to their clients, a major concern for an engineering services company! Take your ambition and talent elsewhere. Things might be slightly better in other regions and global offices, mothership is a bunch of cretins who are slowly poisoning themselves, and anyone they trick into joining them, with their own farts.
