Excellent source of verbal abuse, demoralization, humiliation, and degradation. Number one recommended job for people who want to be screamed at for no reason. Management is diligent about having employees write fake positive reviews to drown out the honest ones.
Cons
All the hallmarks of bad management: -Criticism is on group emails and includes personal attacks, insults to intelligence, and threats to job security -Only favorite employees see a pay increase, regardless of job performance -No respect for boundaries, or life outside the office -Focus more on fault-finding than problem-solving, and heaven help you if you disagree when you get blamed for something outside your control -Double or triple reasonable workloads to save money, then blame employees when they can't do the impossible -Micromanagement -Dishonest with both employees and customers -will probably call this post the lies of a disgruntled employee #disgruntled-for-good-reason
