Pros
The individual contributors on various teams get along quite well and it's the only reason the company is not a pile of rubble.
Cons
- Executive management is out-of-touch with the employees and day-to-day work. - Employees are scolded for small problems rather than celebrated for wins. - There is still equipment in production that hasn't been supported in 20 years. - Bonuses used to be great, but are now basically non-existent unless you're in management and annual raises are scraps. - Everyone is stressed because the CEO demands zero outages.
