Pros

I love my hours, my co-workers and customers. Its fun and great environment. Wonderful management who value their employees. Our products is truly amazing and is helping so many people. Truly rewarding job helping people. Always learning new skills and provide great support.

Cons

Only thing I disagree with is QA evals of our calls. They grade your calls on things they "think" the member "might" feel, estimations ! Nothing that's concrete proof such as the customer saying they felt that way. Each agent grades differently and no consistency! This is the ONLY con to this job other than that I am truly happy!

Pros

My experience overall has been positive. I work with smart people who I genuinely enjoy working with, and we’re a remote-first company, which I really value.

Cons

The company’s focus has shifted from growth to profitability as it prepares for an upcoming acquisition, and that shift has come at a real cost to employees. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs, including one that came after leadership had explicitly assured the team no further cuts were planned, which has understandably eroded trust. Those of us who remain have taken on significantly more responsibility to cover the gaps, but pay hasn’t adjusted to reflect the added workload. There also seems to be an underlying assumption that because we’re leaning more heavily into AI tools, employees should simply be able to absorb the extra work, without much acknowledgment of what that actually looks like day to day. Compounding all of this, merit increases and cost of living adjustments have been paused indefinitely, with no communicated timeline for when, or if, they’ll return. So employees are being asked to do more with less, and without a clear sense of when that will change. Separately, the timing of the most recent annual engagement survey raised real concerns. The original deadline fell just hours after a layoff announcement, meaning the majority of employees had already submitted their responses before that news broke. The deadline was later extended, but that doesn’t change the fact that most feedback was collected while people were still unaware of what was coming, which makes the data collected feel like it doesn’t reflect the current reality on the ground.
