      Lots of work to be thrown into so if you enjoy learning on the spot this is the place.

      Cons

      Pay was subpar, long hours, talent sink beyond anything staff level. Beware of the nepotism, when I was there in ~2017 both leaders were talking about selling the company within 5 years. Neither of their sons were working at AME at the time, now they are vice presidents....

      Work involves a lot of travel. Project schedule is flexible and can change with 24 hour notice
