      Great perks. Car. Insurance. Gas card. Freedom to work at own pace. Work from home. Unlimited PTO Occasional visits to locations.

      Cons

      Low pay for Area Manager No growth opportunities. No chance for significant raises HQ weak. Too focused on quantity rather than quality Cutting too many costs. Once we left airports it was downhill.
