I have been working at Audax Labs for the past two years, and my experience has been disappointing. Despite my tenure, I have not received any salary increments. The commitments made in the offer letter have not been fulfilled, and variable pay is consistently delayed. The company demands significant effort from employees but does not offer adequate recognition or appreciation. Instead of investing in employee growth and increments, the budget is allocated to activities like badminton and other non-essential initiatives. This lack of career growth and acknowledgment has negatively impacted professional development. I would advise prospective employees to carefully evaluate their options before joining.
