Pros

The company has a great product.

Cons

Constant layoffs. Everyone is fearful that they are next. The company continues to interview and hire employees only to lay them or others off. Not a well run company at all. No one in sales is making their number, and only two have sold anything over the past year. The break room conversation is that the company is going under

Pros

- People: The company has amazing people and the company treats their best employees very well. They also operate pretty lean in management and throughout the company so it is easy to find new opportunities to advance your knowledge/role. - Culture: work-hard/play-hard environment, very lively/energetic, open door policy, CEO actively asks for employees opinions. I have found that I have a lot of autonomy at Attivio and room to innovate/improve and grow. - Strategy & Technology: Attivio has a great technology (with patents) that can help any company save money. It's just about focusing on the right opportunities! As we continue to grow, management has really listened to the customers and fine-tuned the strategy and I think they have hit the nail on the head. This year should be one of our best ever. - Perks: very competitive salary/benefits/bonus, they also feed us lunch on Fridays and have snacks/drinks everyday.

Cons

It's a small company still starting to grow and find its legs, that means there isn't room for people that don't work hard, aren't smart or suck at their job. If you're one of those people you won't last, they'll either manage you out (so you quit) or they'll fire you. I guess for me, this is actually a pro because I don't want to be at a company (where I have options) to be wasting money on people that don't do their jobs. But if you're smart/good, they WILL take care of you, I know from experience!
