They expect more work for less money. I have never seen so many greedy top level managers, who do not understand their business model. They talk to us like we are children. They continually pay their employees incorrectly, and make it impossible to make bonus and commission incentives. It is almost as if they would like us to work for free. One of their Chief Operating Officers, even brags about how he lives a multi-million dollar lifestyle, while his employees live pay check to pay check and they continually take the money out of their pockets.
