Pros
I started with Attention Experts around a little under a year ago and I have absolutely loved my time with them. The Sydney team and Dublin team (Where I'm based) have a real family feel to it and the culture is something you feel right away. - Upskilling : I have never worked with a company that invests so much in your personal development along with teaching you new skills to make the job as easy as possible (Massive thanks to George and the team) I have come into this job from another background and can confidently say the training as been fantastic. - Opportunity to grow : All the team wants to see the best out of you and this makes it very easy to come to work every day knowing that everyone is there for each other. - Open door policy - if you are ever having a problem or issue when you come out of Georges's office and your cares and worries go out the window, I have never met someone who is so understanding and reasonable, I have never walked out of Georges Office stressed he has an incredible way of dealing with people and you always feel heard (I can't emphasise this enough) - The salary and commission structure is very fair and I really like the breakdown. -I'm really happy with my time in this company and if you are interested in finding out more about this company you are more than welcome to reach out to the team yourself.
Cons
- Can be difficult to fit in-person networking - It Would be nice to spend more time with the team but I know there are plans for this in the future.
