      Pros

      It's a good place to help get back on your feet. Could land you a job at a Fortune 500 company.

      Cons

      They are terrible at communicating. Onboarding process was poorly handled. PTO isn't great either. Best advice: befriend your supervisor and ask about opportunities because Atrium won't reach out to you proactively.

      Great Culture and always looking to improve the technology. Good training for entry level candidates

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
