The company has established a new department called Corporate Excellence, which reflects its commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with auditing recommendations. There are good opportunities for professional growth, particularly with the creation of new roles like Data Analyst to support the Corporate Excellence initiatives.
Cons
The IT department has overwhelming control over all company data, which creates significant barriers for other departments. There is no Data Governance department or policy in place, making data access extremely difficult. Lack of collaboration between the IT department and the Corporate Excellence department, leading to conflicts and delays in project execution. I spent three months unable to access any data, which severely hindered my ability to perform my job duties and ultimately led to my departure from the company.
