Pros
Desperate to hire anyone, so if unemployed it's a paycheck till you find something else. If there were any more pros I would add them however there are not.
Cons
Management has no clue how to treat employees or run an organization. There is no assistance from executive management to resolve complex issues and concerns. No promotion or merit increases.
