Great company to start the career ! You can learn a lot if you're ready to put the necessary efforts. Coworkers are great and most of them are ready to teach you what you need to know about the payment industry ! The skills you'll learn there will help you negociate a nice position and salary after few years. Finally the company use a lot of open source and new IT technologies. Remote working 2 days a week.
Cons
Management change every 6 months + Very short term vision... As junior your salary and level will not increase much and you'll see a lot of older people with no experience in the payment industry getting hired at level 12 (car + good salary)...
