The management style on the helpdesk was was micromanagement. Staff were constantly criticized, which was one of the causes of poor moral. Atos had different rules for helpdesk staff than for other staff. We received points toward being fired for calling in sick, being late, taking a second sick day, and leaving sick. Staff constantly came in even though they had colds and flu. It was so bad, that one of the employees came to work with pneumonia. One of the staff took her to the hospital when they realized she could barely walk. Overall, the environment was toxic. I would not recommend working on their helpdesk, if any are actually left in the US.
