Constant layoffs provide little stability. - Procurement Agent Atos Employee Review

I've worked here for 14+ years. Almost every year there is a threat of layoffs. Now most of the functional support positions are moving offshore. There is no loyalty to employees. Seniority means nothing and the longer you are with the company the more likely it's your turn to be let go. Training is at a bare minimum. Upper management has little to no contact with support personnel. Raises are few and far between. As soon as I can find another job with another company I will move on.
